Looking for a space to host your free community event? The Shoppers Mall Community Hall is available at no cost to eligible community groups for events that are open to the public and completely free of charge.

Who Can Book the Hall?

The Community Hall is available exclusively for community groups hosting free events that:

  • Are open to the public

  • Do not charge admission fees

  • Do not involve the sale of products or services

We welcome activities such as:

  • Free workshops

  • Cultural or educational presentations

  • Club meetings or interest group gatherings

  • Public forums or community discussions

Booking Requirements

To ensure the safety of all participants and the responsible use of the facility, all groups must:

  • Provide proof of $5 million in liability insurance

  • Agree to follow all terms of use and facility guidelines

Please note: Private events, fundraisers, or any gathering involving fees, product sales, or commercial activity are not permitted in the Community Hall.
