Shoppers Mall Gift Cards
Shoppers Mall Gift Cards are available for purchase at our Kiosk located beside Dollarama, in denominations of $5 to $500. For businesses or organizations interested in purchasing a large quantity of Shoppers Mall gift cards, please e-mail shoppersmall@morguard.com or call 204-571-4532.
Access & Mobility
Shoppers Mall is committed to serving all customers in our communities, including people with disabilities. Handicapped parking stalls are conveniently located at all mall entrances. Public entrances are accessible with automatic door openers. Handicapped and Family Washrooms are available outside our main public washrooms at the Food Court. Our centre offers a wheelchair accessible and walker friendly shopping environment. If borrowing a wheelchair during your visit to our shopping centre is required, please visit the Security Desk located near Dollarama and call 204-729-1581 for assistance.
ATM Accessibility
ATM stations are available at Scotiabank and Sobeys Extra.
Canada Post Outlet at Shoppers Drug Mart
For customer mail and packages services, Canada Post services are available at Shoppers Drug Mart, located near Entrance 1.
Electric Vehicle Charging Station
Shoppers Mall has an all-purpose Electric Vehicle Charging Station available at Entrance 6 (located near Boathouse). This service is available to our customers who own an electric vehicle free of charge.
Free Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available to patrons of Shoppers Mall throughout the common areas of the centre. Access to the high speed wireless service is available through personal hand-held devices and tablets/laptops. To access the free Wi-Fi, choose @ShoppersMallWiFi from the list of available networks.
Lost and Found
If you have lost an item at Shoppers Mall or found something lost by another customer, please visit the Security Desk located near Dollarama and call 204-729-1581 for assistance. A member of the Security team will be happy to provide assistance in locating your lost item or connecting a found item with it's owner.
Parenting Room
Visit the Parenting Room located near the main public washroom at the Food Court for a comfortable place to change, feed and connect with your little ones. The space features soft seating, a microwave, sink, baby change station, a supply of emergency diapers and a tv showing kids programming to keep older siblings occupied. Each day the Parenting Room is closed at 6pm and if access is required after this time, please contact Security at 204-729-1581.
Parking
Shoppers Mall offers over 1800 parking stalls to make your shopping experience a breeze. For your convenience, we also have designated parking for Electric Vehicles, those who Carpool to the shopping centre, Expectant and New Parent, Guild Insurance, Scotiabank and Handicapped customers.
Walk A Mall
The Walk A Mall program is available at Shoppers Mall. Hours available for walking include: Monday to Saturday 8am to 10am and Sunday 8am to 11am. Men and Women of all ages are welcome to visit the centre for regular exercise in a climate controlled and safe environment, while meeting and greeting others who value fitness in the same way.
