Western Manitoba Regional Library

The Shoppers Mall Library Branch first opened its doors in June of 2020, the second Brandon Branch in the Western Manitoba Regional Library system. It was initially located in a smaller unit with limited shelving and offered a seating area and a small browsing collection. The location was incredibly well received, and patrons appreciated the ability to have books brought in from our other branches for pick up there. 

In March of 2022 we moved into our new home at the Shoppers Mall; this space allowed us to have a larger collection, a kids play area, space for programming and lounge seating. Providing another space to the community and options for library services in Westman has been an exciting opportunity. Patrons of the Shoppers Mall Library enjoy the bright and welcoming space, the friendly staff and the convenience of its location.
